We need to create lifelong learners, critical thinkers and productive members of an ever-changing global society. Children must be encouraged to channelize their inner potential in the pursuit of excellence. The talents, the skills, the abilities, capabilities, the creative ability, urge to explore, dare to think and question should be identified, nurtured and encouraged to make the child reach greater heights. The issues which disturb the child, which cause restlessness in his mind, which make him stagnant, which make him feel inferior, all these should be confronted by the teacher being his mentor. The child must be made to grow stronger day by day, crossing all the hurdles, facing all the challenges, thus igniting their minds and unleashing the powers within. The students must be groomed constantly to become responsible citizens in all respects.
It aims to provide a rich, stimulating and caring environment in which the child feels happy, secured, safe, confident and enthusiastic thus encourage creative and enquiring minds. It also aims to foster healthy home and the school relationship by welcoming parents and allowing them to be a part of the mission, thus maintaining a harmony with the staff. It aims to provide the child with a wide scope to improve, explore, create, reproduce, think, bring out his suppressed talents and a chance to do things independently thus boosting up the child’s confidence in himself and creating a sense of security while he is with the School. On the whole it aims at greatest possible benefit for the child in all the fields making the child self-confident, independent, bold, creative and most of all turning him into an useful citizen to the nation as a whole.
